We provide mobile physiotherapy in the Sutherland Shire. The services include:

• Tailored exercise programs and conditioning
• Any post-hospital admission rehabilitation
• Post-surgery rehabilitation
• Treatment for acute pain (lower back, shoulder, knee, hip)
• Sports injury management
• Neurological rehabilitation
• Massage therapy
• Exercise classes

The clinic is in Myhealth Engadine.
Bulk billing is available, working with the doctors.
Weekly exercise classes for seniors is available:
Tuesday 10am
Tuesday 10:30am
Wednesday 10am
Friday 3pm
Saturday 10:30am

Also Core Strength & Conditioning Class is run on Thursday 5:30pm
